Privacy PolicyJellyeblue Privacy Policy For This JellyBlue Website
This website is an information and ordering surface for JellyBlue. It takes no payment, stores no card details and holds no order database. Two contact forms send what you type to one of two mailboxes. Ordering happens on the seller’s own checkout, which has its own privacy policy and its own controller.
What this website collects, what it does not, where the boundary with the checkout falls, and how to ask for your data.

1. What this JellyBlue website collects
| What | When | What happens to it |
|---|---|---|
| Your name, email, order ID and message | Only if you submit one of the two forms on the contact page | It is emailed to the desk the form names and is used to answer you. Nothing else. |
| Standard server request data | On every page view, as with any website | IP address, browser, referring page and the page requested, held by the hosting provider for security and diagnostics. |
| Nothing else | — | There is no account to create, no newsletter here, no profile and no advertising pixel placed by this desk. |
If this table and a page elsewhere on this website ever disagree, this table is the one being maintained.
2. What this JellyBlue website never collects
- Card details. There is no payment form anywhere on this website. Card details are entered on the seller’s checkout, which is a different site with a different controller.
- Health information. Neither form asks for it and neither should be used to send it. A question about a prescription belongs with whoever writes it, not in a support mailbox.
- An order history. This desk’s order records live with the order desk, not on this website. That is also why the website mailbox cannot look an order up.
- Anything from anyone under 18. The product is for adults and this website is written for them.
3. Where the JellyBlue checkout takes over
The order button on this website hands off to the seller’s own checkout. At that moment you leave this website and you are inside another company’s privacy policy, with its own controller, its own retention and its own rules.
That boundary is worth understanding for one practical reason: a data request about an order has to go to the party that holds the order. This desk can act on anything you sent through a form here. It cannot act on the seller’s payment records, because it does not hold them.
For anything about an order, the route is the order desk, by phone or by email; both are listed in the site footer.
4. Cookies and third parties on this JellyBlue website
This website sets no cookie of its own for tracking, advertising or profiling. Two third-party requests do leave your browser when a page loads and both are worth naming rather than hiding.
Google Fonts. The two typefaces on this website are loaded from Google’s font service, which means your browser makes a request to their servers.
Outbound citation links. Every study on this website links out to its own record, mostly on NCBI, NIH or FDA domains. Those links carry rel="nofollow noopener" and open in a new tab, and nothing happens until you click one.
Any change to that list will be made on this page and the review date will move with it.
5. Asking Jellyeblue about your data
Write to the website inbox listed in the site footer and say what you want: a copy of what was sent through a form, a correction, or deletion. Include enough to identify the message, which is usually the email address you used and roughly when you sent it.
Postal requests reach this desk at 110 William Street, Floor 19, New York, NY 10038, USA.
A request about an order, a payment or a shipment goes to the order desk instead, because that is where those records are held.
Requests are answered from the same mailbox that publishes corrections, and the answer will say plainly what was found and what was done.
6. Changes to this JellyBlue privacy policy
Any substantive change is made on this page and the review date at the foot of the website moves forward with it. A privacy policy whose date advances while the text sits still is a signal with no information in it, which is the same standard applied to every other page here.
This policy was last reviewed September 2026.
